Administration Officer

We’re looking for an experienced Administration Officer to support our team at Cooinda Aged Care, Gympie. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support residents and families, and help our service deliver exceptional care. You will collaborate with clients, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to support the efficient delivery of services.

Employment Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday
Salary: $28.11 - $31.14 ph + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

You will ensure everything runs like clockwork and be an integral part of the team. Your role combines exceptional customer care with strong organisational skills to keep our team and residents supported every day:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Manage key administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Support the Service Manager with travel bookings, meetings, and outbreak management registers.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain records and assist with staff coordination and communication.

  • Proven administration experience—aged care or health sector preferred.
  • Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities to keep things running smoothly.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for everyday challenges.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and valid Police Check.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
