Administration Officer

We’re seeking an experienced Administration Officer with a strong focus on rostering and payroll to support our team at Cooinda Aged Care. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate staff scheduling, timely payroll processing, and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in supporting our workforce and helping us deliver exceptional care to residents.

Employment Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday
Salary: $62,000 p.a. + Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits  

What You'll Do:

If you thrive on organisation and accuracy, this role is for you! You’ll combine your administrative expertise with rostering and payroll responsibilities to keep everything running seamlessly:

  • Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with award conditions.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including timesheet verification and leave management.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to staff, residents, and families.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Support the Service Manager with reporting, scheduling, and general administration tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

Your skills will keep our team organised and our service compliant. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident with systems:
  • Proven administration experience—rostering and payroll experience highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and payroll/rostering systems 
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and valid Police Check.
