What You'll Do:
If you thrive on organisation and accuracy, this role is for you! You’ll combine your administrative expertise with rostering and payroll responsibilities to keep everything running seamlessly:
- Manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with award conditions.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including timesheet verification and leave management.
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to staff, residents, and families.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
- Support the Service Manager with reporting, scheduling, and general administration tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven administration experience—rostering and payroll experience highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and payroll/rostering systems
- Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and valid Police Check.
