About You:

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse with a minimum of two year’s experience in Aged Care with current unrestricted AHPRA Registration (Nursing). You will have a strong background in wound management, clinical documentation, above all, a passion for delivering exceptional care to elderly residents.

Your ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with AN-ACC Funding and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Provide guidance and support to the nursing team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Support the ongoing professional development of the care team
