Lutheran Services is seeking a dedicated Hotel Services Lead to oversee catering, cleaning, and laundry operations to create a high-quality, person-centred hospitality environment that supports the wellbeing and dignity of our residents.

About The Role:
As the Hotel Services Lead, you will:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the catering, cleaning, and laundry teams
  • Ensure services meet Aged Care Quality Standards and resident expectations
  • Lead, support and develop a multidisciplinary hospitality team
  • Manage rosters, stock control, inventory, and ordering within budget
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and compliance
  • Engage with residents and families to respond to feedback and improve experience
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and auditors

About You:

  • Experience in hospitality leadership within aged care or a similar environment
  • Strong communication, team coordination, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, WHS, and infection control standards
  • Proven ability to manage staff scheduling, stock ordering, and service reviews
  • Committed to kindness, integrity, and a values-based approach to leadership

Essential:

  • Previous Aged Care experience & adhering to the Aged Care Legislation 
  • Strong people management and time management skills
  • Current Police Check and QLD Driver’s Licence
