About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
- Foster respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
- Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
About You
You share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity, and are committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of older Australians. You bring:- Current AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- Experience with aged care software systems
- A passion for elder care and person-centred clinical practice
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
- Full working rights in Australia
