$50.83 - $60.53 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super +Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & benefits 

The Impact You'll Make:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality clinical care while supporting residents with a range of complex and changing needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans
  • Monitoring resident health and evaluating care outcomes
  • Providing complex nursing care, including wound management and chronic disease support
  • Responding to health concerns, acute deterioration and clinical emergencies
  • Supporting residents living with dementia through safe behavioural management practices
  • Delivering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism
  • Administering and managing medications in line with best practice guidelines
  • Supporting infection prevention and control initiatives
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care records
  • Working collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes

What You'll Bring:

  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in Nursing
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Ability to lead and support care teams in a residential aged care environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
  • Sound computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
  • Valid Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
