Employment Type: Part Time (approx. 60hrs/fortnight)
Salary: $39.96 - $48.43 + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts + Regional Shift Bonus

 

Your Role

 

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Cooinda Aged Care, where your expertise will enrich the lives of our residents every day.

 

As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:

 

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans
  • Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practices
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training

 

About You

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
  • Degree/postgraduate qualification in Nursing
  • A passion for elder care and person-centred clinical practice
  • Demonstrated clinical experience & knowledge of clinical care standards, ideally within Aged Care
  • Valid Police Check or NIDS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
