Salary: $39.96 - $48.43 + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts + Regional Shift Bonus
Your Role
We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Cooinda Aged Care, where your expertise will enrich the lives of our residents every day.
As a Registered Nurse at Cooinda, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support and mentor care staff to uphold best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
- Degree/postgraduate qualification in Nursing
- A passion for elder care and person-centred clinical practice
- Demonstrated clinical experience & knowledge of clinical care standards, ideally within Aged Care
- Valid Police Check or NIDS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
- Full working rights in Australia
