Salary: $75K - $85K + Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Mileage Reimbursement + Employee Discounts

About the Role:

This is a pioneering opportunity to expand our Client & Community Advisor services into a new area of the organisation. Sitting within our Marketing and Sales team, this role will work closely with our Community Services arm to ensure a seamless experience for clients. you will support the organisation to:

  • Grow NDIS clients: Build a quality pipeline and convert to sustainable starts
  • Engage the community: Attend talks, info stalls and forums; be our friendly face locally
  • Build referrer relationships: LACs, plan managers, hospitals, community groups, congregations
  • Keep momentum: Provide simple estimates, timely follow-ups, and clean handovers to service teams
  • Track progress: Update the CRM and share quick, useful reports

About You:

You’re someone who gets excited about building something new and making a real impact. You love to think creatively, spot opportunities, and help people access the support they need to live the life they choose. You share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity, and you're committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of others.

You might have experience in business development, sales, or community services—especially in the NDIS or disability space—but more importantly, you’re:

  • A great listener and clear communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Confident presenting in front of groups and comfortable engaging with diverse communities
  • Organised, reliable, and motivated by goals
  • Familiar with NDIS frameworks and passionate about community outreach
