About the role
Join Lutheran Services to grow NDIS clients and services across Nambour and surrounds. You’ll connect with people, spark community relationships, and turn interest into booked starts—helping more people access the supports they need. Work with purpose, a kind team, and clear goals.
What you’ll do
- Grow NDIS clients: build a quality pipeline and convert to sustainable starts.
- Engage the community: show up at talks, info stalls and forums; be our friendly face locally.
- Build referrers: LACs, plan managers, hospitals, community groups, congregations.
- Keep momentum: simple estimates, timely follow-ups, clean handovers to service teams.
- Track what matters: update the CRM and share quick, useful progress reports.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years in business development/sales or community services (NDIS/disability experience welcomed).
- A people person—great listener, clear communicator, confident presenter.
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable working to goals.
- Working knowledge of NDIS frameworks and community outreach.
- Values-led: empowerment, integrity, kindness, innovation.
How success is measured
- New NDIS clients started each month.
- Conversion rate from qualified lead to start.
- Growth in active referrer relationships and community reach.
