Team Leader - Mental Health & Disabilities

 

About the role:

As the team leader you will help deliver the programs at our Graceville Centre which provides support to individuals living with a disability and/or mental illness. All Graceville services are conducted by working with individuals in a strength based and recovery focused framework that helps our clients increase their independence, maintain their wellness and ultimately improve the quality of their life. You will be responsible for at least one of our seven programs that provide support to clients either on site or in their own homes. We are a growing service and regularly have internal opportunities for career growth.  
 
This is a permanent full-time role from 8:30am - 4:30am Monday to Friday. SCHADS Level 5.1 - 5.3. ($50.27 - $52.54 per hour)

About you:

As a team leader, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Human Services or related degree level qualification
  • Demonstrated high level of knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to provide multidisciplinary advice and expertise
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant statutory requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, including managing services or programs of medium complexity, is highly desirable
