Based in our Support Centre in Milton, you will be joining a dynamic team focussed on the development and implementation of the Lutheran Services ICT transformation.

This role is fixed term for 12 -24 months.

We are thrilled to be on the next stage of our evolution as we introduce a suite of new ICT initiatives. This work will directly impact and support our people and services to provide exceptional care experiences to those we serve.

The ICT Change and Training Analyst is responsible for introducing the change in ICT systems and processes in a managed way – where the business disruption is minimised and adoption of the new systems is maximised. Working with the Lutheran Services Project Management Framework, this role will ensure the technology project(s) succeed by conducting training needs analyses, developing training material and delivering a high standard of training to key stakeholders.   The role will also support the Project Manager, Program Delivery Manager and Project Sponsor to uphold project governance standards and has ownership over all communications and training related tasks.

This role will suit someone who enjoys liaising between stakeholders; listening and translating, to gain interest and understanding about the changes so they are enthusiastically adopted. You will draw on your demonstrated experience to communicate to a variety of audiences as required and most appropriate. Confident and comfortable in understanding and describing technology and transformation, you are able to document high-quality work instructions and training materials. You understand project methodologies and change from both a business and human-centred lens. Experience with Technology One (Ci Anywhere) and Humanforce is highly desirable.
