We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Care Manager (Clinical) to join our team at Immanuel Gardens Aged Care. This opportunity has arisen following an internal promotion, reflecting the growth and development within our service.

The Opportunity:
As Care Manager, you’ll provide professional leadership across clinical care, compliance, and team development, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
In This Role You Will Be:
- Leading and mentoring clinical, lifestyle, and allied health teams
- Overseeing care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
- Managing admissions, discharges, and case conferences
- Ensuring compliance with accreditation, legislation, and AN-ACC requirements
- Supporting quality improvement, infection control, and risk management
- Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing clinical rosters, resources, and budgets in partnership with the Service Manager
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated clinical leadership experience in residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, and compliance
- Experience leading teams, managing performance, and supporting staff development
- Confidence in care planning, funding processes, and clinical documentation
- A collaborative, person-centred leadership style aligned with values-based care
