Administration Officer – Retirement Living

This position requires an experienced Administration Officer to manage front‑of‑office tasks and be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors.

Location: Immanuel Gardens Retirement Living, Buderim, QLD
Employment Type: Part Time | 40 hours per fortnight  
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm
Remuneration: $31.46 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Benefits 

About The Role:
This role is more than admin, it’s about being the first smile, first hello, and first point of support for residents, families, and visitors in our Retirement Living community. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things, keeping the front office running smoothly while creating a welcoming and organised environment.

What You’ll Be Doing (day to day):

  • Providing a warm and welcoming reception for residents and visitors
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting with mail sorting and distribution
  • Completing banking tasks
  • Updating resident information and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting general admin tasks across the village
  • Maintaining a tidy front office including basic office cleaning
