About the role:
As the Service Manager for our Home Care and Supported Living, you will play a critical role in ensuring positive outcomes for our in-home and centre-based services.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a multi-disciplinary team across scheduling and productivity
- Seeking regular feedback and supporting continuous improvement
- Monitoring quality and compliance in line with Commonwealth and other funding sources
About you:
Your passion for promoting independence in and exceptional care for older people, and experience in a similar role as well as skill with building relationships at all levels will be critical for success in this role.
