We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Regional Manager to lead our Youth, Family, Women & Children service streams, spanning the Intercept, Bridges Reconnect, and Mary and Martha’s (M&M’s) programs.

Location: Caboolture, Brisbane and Woodridge, QLD
Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (76 hours per fortnight)
Contract Duration: 2 June 2025 – 12 September 2026 (Parental Leave Cover)

About The Role: Lead Excellence in Hospitality:
Program Overview: The successful candidate will oversee:

  • Intercept (Caboolture) - delivers 9 targeted support programs, unique to young people and their families' individual circumstances, that support them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Bridges (based in Woodridge) – delivering two programs supporting young people and families.
  • Mary and Martha’s (M&M’s) – managing two refuge sites and 5 extension properties supporting women and children affected by domestic and family violence.

These services are essential in providing safe, empowering environments for individuals and families navigating complex challenges.  If you are a dynamic leader with expertise in human services, youth and family services, or domestic and family violence programs, this opportunity could be the next step in your leadership journey

As the Regional Manager, you will:

  • Lead community service operations across designated program areas
  • Provide guidance and oversight to a team of Program Managers, Team Leader and frontline staff
  • Ensure quality and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards
  • Support and maintain positive, person-centred service delivery
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver on strategic outcomes
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Community Services, or a related field
  • Senior leadership experience in youth services and/or domestic and family violence
  • Proven capacity to manage multi-site teams and service delivery
  • Strong written, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills
  • Solutions-focused mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate management qualifications
  • Experience in collaborative cross-sector projects
  • A valid Police Check, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and QLD Driver’s Licence
