We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Officer to support our Community Services team at Intercept.
Location: Intercept Community Services | Caboolture, QLD
Role Type: Part Time | 24 hours Fortnight
Remuneration: $40.55 to $42.62 ph + Super + Salary Packaging+ Employee discounts
About The Role:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services through high-quality administrative support across programs, staff, clients, and key stakeholders. Working closely with leadership and frontline teams, you will manage a broad range of administrative functions including rostering, compliance support, and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact, triaging enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Provide end-to-end administrative support including correspondence, records management, and data entry
- Assist with rostering, payroll support, invoicing, and financial administration
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination processes
- Maintain compliance across WHS, risk, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate office operations including fleet management, IT support, and resource coordination
- Build strong working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
About You:
You are a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Blue Card
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
Desirable:
- Experience in community services, disability, or mental health sector
- Exposure to financial/admin systems or office finance functions
