We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Officer to support our Community Services team at Intercept.

Location: Intercept Community Services | Caboolture, QLD 
Role Type: Part Time | 24 hours Fortnight  
Remuneration: $40.55 to $42.62 ph + Super + Salary Packaging+ Employee discounts

About The Role:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services through high-quality administrative support across programs, staff, clients, and key stakeholders. Working closely with leadership and frontline teams, you will manage a broad range of administrative functions including rostering, compliance support, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, triaging enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support including correspondence, records management, and data entry
  • Assist with rostering, payroll support, invoicing, and financial administration
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination processes
  • Maintain compliance across WHS, risk, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate office operations including fleet management, IT support, and resource coordination
  • Build strong working relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders

About You:
You are a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle competing priorities.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current QLD Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience in community services, disability, or mental health sector
  • Exposure to financial/admin systems or office finance functions
