Remuneration Range: $45.47 to $48.93 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging+ Employee discounts

We’re looking for a Senior Case Manager to provide high-quality case management, therapeutic interventions, and advocacy to support young people navigating life’s challenges.

- Deliver evidence-based support and interventions for young people and families
- Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised support plans
- Collaborate with schools, youth justice, health, and community networks
- Lead counselling, mediation, and group sessions to build resilience and stability
- Work within a strengths-based and trauma-informed framework
You’re an empathetic and skilled practitioner who can think critically and act with compassion. You’ll bring:
- A degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience providing case management and therapeutic support to young people and families
- A strong understanding of child protection, youth justice, and family systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and QLD Driver’s Licence
