We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers – Group Based & Individual Support to facilitate programs that help people with disability connect with their community, build social skills, and work towards their NDIS goals.
Location: Keystone Centre - Woodridge QLD
Remuneration range: $35.27 - $38.48 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and deliver group based supports for centre-based and community groups.
- Contribute to developing and implementing participant centred individual support plans to support in achieving their NDIS goals
- Support participants one-on-one within their home and through community access to build confidence, skills and independence to continue living within their community.
- Be a positive role model, encouraging independence and confidence.
- Work flexibly, providing centre-based community based and in-home supports.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience working in disability, youth, or community programs.
- Creativity and energy to engage people in meaningful activities.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and valid QLD Driver’s Licence.
