Casual positions (flexible for evenings, weekends, and sleepovers Shifts)
Remuneration range: 
$44.08 - $48.1 ph + (includes 25% casual loading) +Super +Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & benefits 

About The Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support to help them live independently, engage in the community, and develop essential life skills.

  • Delivering creative and engaging individual or group activities
  • Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
  • Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modeling
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You:

  • Creativity and motivation to deliver meaningful support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A client-focused approach, valuing inclusivity and respect
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work in dynamic environments
  • Experience working with neuro-diverse individuals (desirable but not essential)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Valid QLD Driver’s License
