Salary: $36.28 - $39.58 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits

About The Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support to help them live independently, engage in the community, and develop essential life skills.
- Delivering creative and engaging individual or group activities
- Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
- Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
- Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modeling
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines
About You:
- Creativity and motivation to deliver meaningful support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A client-focused approach, valuing inclusivity and respect
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to work in dynamic environments
- Experience working with neuro-diverse individuals (desirable but not essential)
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
- Queensland Driver’s Licence
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or Home Care.
