We’re seeking reliable and motivated Groundskeepers to join our Social Enterprises team at Keystone Community Services. Perfect for individuals looking to gain experience and contribute to a friendly and supportive work environment.

Location: Keystone Community Services, Woodridge - QLD
Multiple Casual Positions – 1 shift, 3 hours per week
$23.46 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Assistance Program

About The Role:
You’ll support the maintenance of gardens and outdoor spaces, helping keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a great opportunity for participants with NDIS Supports in Employment who enjoy hands-on outdoor work.

What You’ll Do

  • Mow lawns, trim plants, water gardens, and keep grounds tidy
  • Use gardening tools, machinery, and safety gear responsibly
  • Report hazards or issues to help keep the team safe
  • Work with others and follow clear instructions from your supervisor
  • Help with stock checks and maintaining equipment
  • Engage respectfully with fellow team members, residents, and visitors

About You

  • Enjoy working outside and with your hands
  • Want to learn new skills and take pride in your work
  • Reliable, respectful, and safety-conscious
  • Comfortable following guidance and working with a team
  • Must have NDIS Supports in Employment or flexible core supports included in your NDIS Plan.
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and Police Check
