Program Support Officer

We’re looking for an upbeat and organised Program Support Officer to support the Community Services – South sites, including Trinity Community Services at Bundall and the Keystone Centre at Woodridge.

Base location: Logan, with reasonable expectation to travel between sites including Bundall and Fernvale.
Employment Type: Full Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Remuneration: $40.55ph - $43.49 + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts & Benefits 

About The Role:
This is a newly created role designed to support and strengthen our NDIS-funded group-based programs and would be suited to someone who is self-starter and likes to be at the forefront of change. You'll be proactive and collaborative with opportunities to work across multiple sites and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the planning, coordination and smooth delivery of our group-based support programs. Working closely with the Team Leader, Support Workers and Case Managers, you’ll help ensure our programs are innovative, client-led and deliver great outcomes.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of group-based programs across sites
  • Working with teams to ensure programs are well organised, consistent and ready to deliver
  • Assisting with program development using person-centred and strengths-based approaches
  • Coordinating schedules, resources, and communication across teams
  • Supporting the creation of program materials (flyers, communication, resources)
  • Collecting and reporting on program outcomes, participation and feedback
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and program evaluation
  • Representing programs at community or stakeholder events
  • Maintaining program documentation, templates, and risk assessments

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience supporting or coordinating programs, ideally within NDIS or disability services
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current Queensland Driver’s Licence
