As a Supported Employee, you’ll take part in garden maintenance activities, supported by friendly staff who will guide you, encourage you, and help you develop practical skills for the future.

Adeptly is designed to help you build independence, explore your abilities, and work towards your personal and employment goals. Whether you’re interested in gardening, want to learn hands-on outdoor skills, or are working towards open employment, we’re here to support your journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping with mowing, weeding, watering, and general garden maintenance
  • Keeping outdoor areas clean, tidy, and safe
  • Learning practical skills while working as part of a small team
  • Reporting hazards or safety issues to your support worker
  • Building confidence, teamwork skills, and independence

What You’ll Need:

  • Supports in Employment funding listed on your NDIS Plan
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card
  • Valid Police Check
  • A willingness to learn, try new tasks, and work outdoors
