About Us:
Part of Lutheran Services, our Domestic and Family Violence refuge provides a secure, supportive and sociable place for women and children to rebuild lives and connect with others. The refuge accommodation offers comprehensive support services on-site, including a children's counsellor, helping families face the challenge of starting anew.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Case Manager to empower, positively impact, and advocate for our clients who have experienced domestic and family violence. The role supports, mentors, and guides Case Managers in the team, supporting their professional development, and delivery of high-quality service to our clients.
A primary focus is supporting the diverse needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) victim survivors.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have tertiary qualifications relevant to the role and/ or extensive experience in a similar role.
You will have a high-level understanding of domestic and family violence and/ or family services or child safety sectors, as well as the ability to work well in and with a team.
