Lutheran Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Case Manager to join the team, delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive support to women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence. 

Location: Brisbane, QLD 
Role Type: Full-Time position 
Remuneration: $53.51 - $54.66 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits   

About The Role:
A skilled professional who can provide client-centred case management.

As the Case Manager, you will:

  • Provide specialist outreach case management services to women and children who have experienced domestic and family violence and are exiting refuge
  • Develop, implement and review client-driven support and safety plans
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop individual support plans, coordinating services, and advocating for clients to promote housing stability through tenancy support.  
  • Model best-practice in trauma-informed care
  • Work with external agencies and stakeholders, including housing, legal, and support services
  • Lead a specialist portfolio to enhance program capability and service delivery
  • Uphold high-quality record keeping, service reporting, and legislative compliance

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, human services, psychology, or similar
  • High-level understanding of domestic and family violence, including CALD and child safety perspectives
  • Experience delivering complex case management in a community services setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and support
  • Organised, proactive and values-aligned
  • Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current Queensland Driver’s Licence
