Case Manager – Domestic & Family Violence 

Location: Brisbane, QLD Employment | Full-Time position 
Remuneration: $45.47 - $48.93 ph + S

We’re seeking a dedicated Case Manager – Domestic & Family Violence to join our Refuge Community Services team. you will be responsible for working with women, children, and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence.You’ll empower women, children, and families to recover and rebuild their lives free from violence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver trauma-informed, strengths-based case management for women and children.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments.
  • Develop and review goal plans that support safety, stability, and empowerment.
  • Collaborate with housing providers, legal services, and other community supports.
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in the on-call roster.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in family services, DFV, or child protection sectors.
  • Knowledge of DFV frameworks, risk assessment, and trauma-informed practice.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills.
  • Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, and valid Driver’s Licence.
