Are you passionate about leading impactful community programs? We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Marty & Martha’s Refuge. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage programs that deliver real change for individuals and families.

About Us:
Part of Lutheran Services, our Domestic and Family Violence refuge provides a secure, supportive and sociable place for women and children to rebuild lives and connect with others. The refuge accommodation offers comprehensive support services on-site, including a children's counsellor, helping families face the challenge of starting anew.

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of domestic violence support programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen service delivery.
  • Manage a dedicated team to drive positive client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in community services or a related field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, human services, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of case management and program development in the context of domestic and family violence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Current Blue Card, NDIS Screening, Police Check and Queensland Driver’s Licence.
