We are seeking a Program Manager - Domestic and Family Violence to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage programs that deliver real change for individuals and families.
Location: DFV Program Lutheran Services, QLD
Role Type: Full Time | Maximum Term (Maternity Leave Cover) until 14 August 2026
Remuneration: $53.51 - $59.75 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits
You’ll oversee the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs, ensuring they are well-coordinated, compliant, and focused on achieving strong outcomes for participants and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of programs across multiple service areas
- Managing program performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency
- Working closely with Team Leaders and frontline teams to support effective service delivery
- Monitoring budgets, resources, and program outcomes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across programs
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners
- Supporting reporting, planning, and strategic program development
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in program management or service delivery leadership (community, disability, aged care or similar)
- Strong understanding of NDIS or human services environments (highly regarded)
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple programs or sites
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Current Blue Card, NDIS Screening, Police Check and Queensland Driver’s Licence.
