We are seeking a Program Manager - Domestic and Family Violence to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and manage programs that deliver real change for individuals and families.

Location: DFV Program Lutheran Services, QLD 
Role Type: Full Time | Maximum Term (Maternity Leave Cover) until 14 August 2026  

Remuneration: $53.51 - $59.75 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits   

You’ll oversee the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of programs, ensuring they are well-coordinated, compliant, and focused on achieving strong outcomes for participants and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of programs across multiple service areas
  • Managing program performance, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency
  • Working closely with Team Leaders and frontline teams to support effective service delivery
  • Monitoring budgets, resources, and program outcomes
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and innovation across programs
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners
  • Supporting reporting, planning, and strategic program development

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in program management or service delivery leadership (community, disability, aged care or similar)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS or human services environments (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple programs or sites
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Blue Card, NDIS Screening, Police Check and Queensland Driver’s Licence.

Part of Lutheran Services, our Domestic and Family Violence refuge provides a secure, supportive and sociable place for women and children to rebuild lives and connect with others. The refuge accommodation offers comprehensive support services on-site, including a children's counsellor, helping families face the challenge of starting anew.
