Lutheran Services is seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Case Manager (CALD) to join our Community Services division.

Location: Brisbane, QLD Employment | Full-Time, Fixed Term position (up to 25-Sep-2026) | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Remuneration: $52.02 - $54.38 per hour + Super + On call allowance + Salary Packaging

About The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Case Manager (CALD) to empower, positively impact, and advocate for our clients who have experienced domestic and family violence. In particular we are seeking experienced someone who has had experience working with women from a CALD background who have experienced domestic and family violence. The role also supports, mentors, and guides Case Managers in the team, supporting their professional development, and delivery of high-quality service to our clients.

A primary focus is supporting the diverse needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) victim survivors. As a Senior Case Manager, you will:

  • Provide high-quality outreach and refuge-based case management
  • Deliver risk assessments, safety planning, individualised support plans and individual counselling to children living in refuge
  • Mentor Case Managers and contribute to professional development within the team
  • Work within trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks
  • Participate in after-hours on-call service (on rotation)

About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in family/domestic violence or social services
  • Strong case management and risk assessment skills
  • Cultural competence and ability to work with CALD communities
  • Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Blue Card, valid QLD Driver’s Licence, and willingness to participate in on-call roster
