Remuneration: $39.96 – $48.43 ph+ Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts & benefits 

Employment Type: Part-Time Maternity Leave Contract (1 Feb,26 - 31 Mar,26)
60 Fortnight | Fixed Roster (Morning Shifts 06:30–14:30)

  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sun
  • Week 2: Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat

Your Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This short-term maternity leave cover role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care. 

  • Deliver and oversee clinical care tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.
 About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Degree/postgraduate qualification in Nursing.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience & Knowledge of clinical care standards, ideally within aged care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
  • Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
