Your Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. This short-term maternity leave cover role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Deliver and oversee clinical care tailored to individual resident needs.
- Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Degree/postgraduate qualification in Nursing.
- Demonstrated clinical experience & Knowledge of clinical care standards, ideally within aged care.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
- Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
