Client and Community Advisor (6-Month Maternity Leave Cover, 4 Days Per Week)

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Client and Community Advisor to join us at Orana Aged Care, Home Care, and Retirement Living in Kingaroy for a 6-month maternity leave adventure!

This Part-Time role (4 days per week) is your chance to bring your love of customer service and community connections to life—all while working with an amazing, supportive team. What You’ll Be Up To
As our Client and Community Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face and helping hand that connects our aged care, home care, and retirement living services with the Kingaroy community. You’ll make a real impact by supporting individuals and families while championing our services.

Here’s what your days will look like:

  • Managing sales for aged care, home care, and retirement living, achieving monthly KPIs (we love a good challenge!).
  • Building relationships and nurturing leads to keep our database active and waiting lists full.
  • Partnering with referral networks, community groups, and congregations to spread the word about what we offer.
  • Supporting current clients and their families, creating advocates who refer others to us.
  • Organising and attending community events, info sessions, and workshops to engage and inform.
  • Keeping tabs on competitor activity to fine-tune our approach.

Who You Are
You’re a people person through and through. Whether you’ve worked in customer service, aged care, home care, or community engagement, you’re someone who loves connecting with others and making a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Build relationships effortlessly and enjoy creating positive experiences for others.
  • Have experience in sales, aged care, home care, or client services—or just a passion for helping people.
  • Love getting involved in the community and finding ways to bring people together.
  • Bring a positive, solution-focused attitude and thrive in a people-centered environment.
  • Have strong organisational skills and can balance multiple priorities with ease.
