Are you a proven leader with deep expertise in aged care management and clinical practice?
We’re seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead clinical services and drive person-centred care at our Kingaroy residential aged care facility.

About The Role:
As the Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will lead clinical governance, mentor nursing and care teams, and ensure compliance with aged care standards and legislation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading clinical care delivery and supporting a wellness-focused model of care
- Contribute to strong clinical excellence organisation wide
- Managing clinical risk, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Mentoring and developing nursing and care staff to foster a culture of excellence
- Optimising AN-ACC funding through accurate assessments and documentation
- Collaborating with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure responsive care
- Supporting change management and participating in the on-call roster
About You:
You are a values-driven clinical leader who shares our commitment to empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity. You bring:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relevant tertiary qualifications
- Proven experience in aged care and clinical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative leadership style
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
