About the Role
As the Care Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standard of clinical care for our residents, promoting a sense of security in their living environment. Your key responsibilities include implementing person-centred care, compliance with regulatory standards, optimising funding, providing leadership to the team, developing care plans, monitoring quality, and fostering communication with residents and stakeholders.
About You
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in clinical management, preferably in aged care, a comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, exceptional leadership and communication skills, ability to build relationships, commitment to quality care, strong organisational skills, relevant nursing qualifications, and AHPRA registration.
