Location: Orana Aged Care, Kingaroy
Remuneration: $31.10 to $33.94 ph base rate + (25% casual loading for casual employees) + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts

As a Personal Carer, You Will:
- Support residents in their nightly routines, ensuring dignity and respect
- Promote comfort and safety during overnight hours
- Collaborate with nurses and support teams to ensure continuity of care
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety
- Provide emotional support and create a calm, reassuring environment
Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices
Work closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care
To Excel in This Role, You Will Have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a similar role in aged care
