About You
You’re a compassionate and capable nurse who shares our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity. You bring:
- AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
- Experience with aged care software systems
- A passion for elder care and advocacy for person-centred clinical care
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Full working rights in Australia
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Orana, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Apply sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
- Promote respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
- Guide and support care staff to maintain best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development
