About You:

You’re passionate about leading change and creating opportunities that elevate the experience for every resident. With a strong leadership approach, you inspire and support your team to achieve excellence. Guided by our values of kindness, integrity, empowerment, and innovation, you bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, nursing, clinical governance or similar.
  • High-level critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience in quality processes, accreditation, and continuous improvement
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and operations

About the Role:
As Service Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations of a residential aged care service, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred care. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage clinical and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for residents and families
  • Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Drive strategic planning and workforce leadership
  • Champion continuous quality improvement and innovation
