About The Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll:- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
- Use sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
- Promote respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
- Support and guide care staff to maintain best practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development

About You:

- Experience with aged care software systems
- A passion for elder care and advocacy for person-centred clinical care
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
- Minimum 12 months postgraduate experience (desirable)
- Full working rights in Australia
