Employment Type: Full-Time (Relocation & Sponsorship Available)
Salary: $37.38 - $45.51 Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super + Regional Shift Bonus
Locations: Biloela, Gympie, Laidley or Kingaroy.

 

About The Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll:
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
  • Use sound clinical judgement and ethical decision-making
  • Promote respect and understanding across diverse backgrounds
  • Support and guide care staff to maintain best practices
  • Engage in ongoing professional development

About You:

  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • Experience with aged care software systems
  • A passion for elder care and advocacy for person-centred clinical care
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Group facilitation and one-on-one support skills
  • Minimum 12 months postgraduate experience (desirable)
  • Full working rights in Australia
