About you:
- Unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in using aged care software solutions
- A passion for elder care
- Ability to work all shifts

About the role:
As a Registered Nurse at Northridge Salem Aged Care service, you will be part of more than just a workplace, you will be part of a community and supported to integrate and become part of the home. Northridge Salem is located just 40 minutes from Ipswich and Toowoomba without the bumper-to-bumper travel of the Brisbane commute. This aged care facility offers a peaceful, welcoming community based on friendship care and support. Be at one with nature amongst landscaped grounds and private courtyards.
This facility provides palliative, residential and respite care. We are looking for individuals who can:
- Provide comprehensive evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team
- Undertake comprehensive nursing assessments develop and implement plans of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team and evaluate the progress of patient care outcomes
- Exercise sound clinical judgement, critical thinking and ethical decision-making processes in the delivery and evaluation of care
- Ensure clients and colleagues are treated fairly and with mutual respect and understanding, regardless of cultural, religious, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds
- Maintain professional skills and knowledge of self and others through participation in continuing education and performance appraisal and development
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of carers and maintain best practice.
