Administration Officer

We’re looking for an Administration Officer to join our Salem Aged Care team and provide day-to-day administrative and customer service support. 

You’ll work closely with the service manager, clinical teams, residents, families and other stakeholders, helping the service run smoothly and ensuring people receive a friendly and professional experience.

Location: Toowoomba - QLD
Employment Type: 
Full Time | Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm 
Remuneration: $30.58 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits  

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to residents, families, visitors and staff
  • Respond to enquiries and provide information about our services and programs
  • Assist with facility tours and enquiries from prospective clients
  • Support the Service Manager with travel bookings and itineraries
  • Assist with maintaining the Outbreak Management register
  • Coordinate and organise internal meetings
  • Maintain contact lists and administrative records
  • Provide guidance and support to junior administration staff
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with clinical, support and corporate teams to achieve positive outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:
You’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable working with a range of people.
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Confidence providing guidance and support to colleagues
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A positive and professional approach to working with residents, families and staff
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Police Check.
