Care Manager – Salem Aged Care

We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to lead our dedicated clinical team at Salem Aged Care, who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older people.

Full Time (Monday to Friday business hours with rotating on-call schedule)


What You’ll Do:
As Care Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care that meets and exceeds quality and accreditation standards. Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll lead clinical operations, mentor your team, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of care delivery. 

  • Oversee and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care.
  • Manage care planning, medication management, and compliance.
  • Mentor and guide nurses and care staff to build a strong, compassionate team.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to manage budgets and resources.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain accreditation standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • AHPRA-registered nurse qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience in aged care.
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care quality standards, regulatory requirement and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families
