Service Delivery Team Lead – Home Care

Lead, mentor, and drive excellence in Home Care services. 

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Team Lead to oversee and support a team of Support Workers in delivering high-quality Home Care services. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, coordinating care services, and maintaining compliance with policies and industry standards.

About The Role:
You will play a key role in mentoring and coaching staff, managing schedules, overseeing client care plans, and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their families. Additionally, you will support business operations by monitoring budgets, managing risks, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership and communication skills will be essential to foster teamwork and maintain high service standards.


About You:
We are looking for a strong and compassionate leader who is committed to delivering person-centered care. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma in Aged Care and experience in team leadership, preferably within the Aged Care sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in business operations, workforce planning, and budget management.
  • The ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and database applications.
