We’re seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support our Salem Aged Care team with administration, workforce coordination, sales and occupancy management, helping create a positive experience for prospective residents and their families while contributing to the effective day-to-day operations of the service.

Full Time | Mon to Fri preferably 8:30-4:30pm 
Remuneration: $38.28 ph + Super +Salary Packaging +Access to staff discounts & benefits   

About The Role:
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will provide high-level operational, administrative, financial, occupancy and governance support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the site.

This is a diverse and rewarding role where you will coordinate administrative functions, oversee occupancy and admissions processes, support workforce compliance, and contribute to quality and financial outcomes.You’ll be a key point of contact for residents, families, staff and external stake holders, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for those who call our service home.

Responsibilities Will Include: 

  • Lead and support the Administration Team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
  • Support recruitment activities, coordinate workforce administration processes and employee onboarding, including annual mandatory training compliance requirements.
  • Manage enquiries, tours, admissions, waiting lists and CRM systems to support occupancy targets
  • Build and Maintain relationships with hospitals, referral partners, community organisations and local networks
  • Prepare operational, occupancy, compliance and financial reports to support informed decision-making
  • Coordinate financial administration activities, including purchase orders, invoices, procurement support and maintenance of financial and asset registers
  • Support operational planning, meetings, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain quality and governance systems, ensuring records remain audit-ready and compliant. 

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • Experience in a Senior Administration, Service Coordinator or Operational Support role, ideally within aged care, health or community services
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial administration, report and maintaining accurate records and systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with customer-focused approach.
  • High-level computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, processes, and operational activities effectively
  • Knowledge of aged care operations, occupancy management or aged care legislation will be highly regarded (desirable)
