Position: Casual Positions Available 
Location: Kingaroy, Qld
Salary: $35.27 - $38.48 + 25% Casual Loading + Shift Penalties + Salary Packaging

About The Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of individuals with disabilities by providing tailored support to help them live independently, engage in the community, and develop essential life skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering creative and engaging individual or group activities
  • Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
  • Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You:

You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity and be:

  • Transferrable skills and/or study in a related field
  • A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle to support clients.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
