Salary: $35.27 - $38.48 ph + (25% casual loading for casual employees) + Super + Salary Packaging + Shift Penalties + Employee Discounts  

About The Role:
As a Support Worker with Lutheran Services, you will empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. You’ll be part of a compassionate, values-driven organisation where your contribution is genuinely valued and no two days are the same.

As a Support Worker, You Will:

  • Supporting clients in achieving personal and developmental goals
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Providing in-home and community-based support to promote independence
  • Encouraging skill development through mentoring and positive role modelling
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines

About You:
You will share our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity and be:

  • Transferable skills and/or study in a related field
  • A strong passion for empowering individuals with a disability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • A valid Queensland Driver’s Licence and a fully insured vehicle to support clients.
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
