We are currently seeking a Care Systems Partner to play a key role in enhancing our service delivery through expert system administration and program support.

About the Role

The Care Systems Partner, will be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our care systems are optimised to meet the needs of staff, residents, and clients alike. You will work closely with various subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, implement system improvements, and provide hands-on support and training. This dynamic role also involves overseeing system configurations, managing change requests, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee care systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with service delivery needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and technical assistance.
  • Lead comprehensive training programs to empower staff to use care systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and implement system improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with Operations and IT to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience in workflow process redesign, ideally within healthcare.
  • Expertise in healthcare IT systems and relevant regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to managing change and driving system improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with relevant healthcare legislation (e.g., Aged Care Act) and accreditation requirements.
  • Certifications in IT or healthcare systems.
  • Experience in system configuration management is highly regarded.
