About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an Executive Officer to the Executive Lead - Community Services to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support, coordination of strategic and operational deliverables, and project management that makes a significant impact within the Community Services offered by Lutheran Services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support including email and diary management, event coordination, and meeting preparations.
  • Monitor the implementation of the Lutheran Services’ Strategic Plan by ensuring program and project progress is reported to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and meeting resources as required.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on engagement activities.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and resource plans.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Experience similar roles with project management, administration and executive support.
  • High-level interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated understanding of operations, procedures, and policies of the organization.
  • Strong research and administration skills.
