This senior leadership role is based at our Support Centre in Milton and provides strategic and operational oversight across a defined regional portfolio of residential aged care homes. Reporting to the General Manager – Residential Aged Care,
In this role you will play key role in our disruption of traditional aged care by leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across 5–6 homes. You’ll drive high-quality, person-centred care aligned with Lutheran Services’ strategic priorities, while overseeing clinical, care, and financial performance to ensure responsive, resident-focused services. From managing budgets and compliance to influencing service delivery and workforce practices, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping aged care for the better.

About You:

You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Services or a health-related discipline, with AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive experience in residential aged care and senior leadership or management roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk management expertise
- A collaborative leadership style that drives cross-functional teamwork and continuous improvement
- Experience working with regionally diverse services—a valuable asset in our expansive, community-focused model
