We are looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping spaces safe, functional, and welcoming. About the Role
As our Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and beautifully maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and groundskeeping works
- Provide advice on building projects and upgrades
- Manage maintenance systems and records
- Ensure safe and responsible use of equipment and materials
- Lead and mentor staff to foster a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture
- Ensure WHS and fire safety compliance, including contractor oversight
- Participate in on-call arrangements as required
- Liaise with internal teams, residents, families, and external contractors
About You
- Relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership and staff management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Aged care experience essential
- Valid Driver’s Licence and Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or willingness to obtain)
