Location: St Andrews Aged Care, Tallebudgera, Gold Coast, Queensland
Employment Type: Casual - 4 month contract (Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 2:00pm)

About the Role
- 72‑bed fresh‑cooked service
- Lead 2 Chefs and a catering team
- 4 days on the tools + 1 administrative day
- Oversee menu planning and resident‑focused meals
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance
- Manage stock, ordering, budgeting and cost control
- Work closely with clinical and lifestyle teams
About You
- Strong background in commercial cookery
- Supportive leadership style
- Confident with food safety standards and HACCP
- Certificate in Commercial Cookery
- NDIS Worker Screening or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Genuine commitment to enhancing resident mealtime experiences
- Queensland Driver’s Licence preferred
