Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor – Full-Time Role (Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced leader with a strong background in maintenance and facility management? Lutheran Services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance operations, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.

  • Remuneration: $30.42 – $31.32 per hour + Salary Packaging (up to $15,990) + Access to staff discounts & benefits.
  • Aged care experience desirable

Let’s Talk About The Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of the maintenance department including works scheduling.

  • Provide advice to management on projects and building and maintenance works
  • Manage the maintenance budget
  • Ensuring the maintenance tasks around the property are completed
  • Ensuring equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner
  • Ensuring any work undertaken is within the scope of expertise of this role
  • Work to reduce risk and  bring new risks to the attention of the service manager
  • Undertaking administrative duties associated with the role

Now Let’s Talk About You:

  • Extensive experience working in commercial maintenance 
  • Possess a relevant trade qualification
  • Experience with staff management
  • A high level of effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Your ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality
  • Respect and responsiveness to clients
  • Open Driver’s Licence
